Products - MVE Macrotek Venturi Eductor Scrubber

Macrotek MVE Eductor scrubbers use the motive energy of the re-circulating liquid to draw air into the scrubber. A high velocity jet of liquid is sprayed into the throat section of a venturi scrubber. The surrounding gas in entrained in the liquid and is pulled through the scrubber. An induced draft of several inches of water column can be achieved. The use of a fan is eliminated thus reducing initial system cost and ongoing maintenance problems associated with scrubber fans.

Typical applications include tank vents and emergency gas vent or spill scrubbers, where simplicity of design and high system reliability are required.

MVE scrubbers can be manufactured from alloy steel, or FRP depending on the application

Nozzles are custom designed, and are easily removable for service or replacement
